Το Unite Gay Network είναι νέα πλατφόρμα για ομοφυλόφιλους και αμφιφυλόφιλους άντρες, με χώρο σύνδεσης, εμπειριών και πόρων. Τα μέλη εξερευνούν διαδραστικό χάρτη με μπαρ, κλαμπ, cruising περιοχές και οργανώσεις, και συμμετέχουν σε ομάδες ενδιαφέροντος. Ως νέα πρωτοβουλία στοχεύουμε σε παγκόσμιο δίκτυο σύνδεσης, ένταξης και ενδυνάμωσης.

Σχετικά με τον ρόλο

Ως περιφερειακός διαχειριστής στο Unite Gay Network, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere within the Community Groups of our Network. Your responsibilities will include, monitoring discussions to ensure they align with community guidelines, encouraging respectful and inclusive conversations, assisting members with network-related questions, collaborating with the team to address any issues or concerns promptly. Αρμοδιότητες

​- Oversee and actively manage specific community groups, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for our members.
- Serve as a point of contact for new members, addressing their questions and guiding them to make the most of the network's features.
- Act as a liaison between Unite Gay Network and its members, fostering clear and open communication.
- Collect, translate, and relay feedback and suggestions to help improve the network's offerings and member experience.
- Contribute creative ideas and participate in initiatives to enhance community engagement and activities.

Τι περιμένουμε

​- You are 18 years or older and align with the values and target audience of Unite Gay Network.
- You have strong written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are a bonus.
- Έχετε αξιόπιστο λάπτοπ και σταθερή σύνδεση για τα καθήκοντα.
- You have prior experience managing virtual communities, such as Facebook groups, forums, or similar platforms.
- Μπορείτε να αφιερώνετε τουλάχιστον 4 ώρες την εβδομάδα.
- You demonstrate the ability to remain neutral and professional during discussions when needed.
- You are comfortable handling sensitive content with discretion and care.
