A szerepkörről

Regionális közösségi adminisztrátorként az Unite Gay Networknél you will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere within the Közösségi csoportok of our Network. Your responsibilities will include, monitoring discussions to ensure they align with community guidelines, encouraging respectful and inclusive conversations, assisting members with network-related questions, collaborating with the team to address any issues or concerns promptly. Responsibilities

​- Oversee and actively manage specific community groups, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for our members.
- Serve as a point of contact for new members, addressing their questions and guiding them to make the most of the network's features.
- Act as a liaison between Unite Gay Network and its members, fostering clear and open communication.
- Collect, translate, and relay feedback and suggestions to help improve the network's offerings and member experience.
- Közreműködés creative ideas and participate in initiatives to enhance community engagement and activities.

What we expect

​- You are 18 years or older and align with the values and target audience of Unite Gay Network.
- You have strong written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are a bonus.

- You have prior experience managing virtual communities, such as Facebook groups, forums, or similar platforms.
- Heti legalább 4 óra önkéntességet vállalsz.
- You demonstrate the ability to remain neutral and professional during discussions when needed.
- You are comfortable handling sensitive content with discretion and care.
