Unite Gay Network 是為同性戀與雙性戀男性打造的新平台，提供連結、分享經驗與取得資源的獨特空間。會員可探索包含同志酒吧、俱樂部、 遊走 區域與相關組織的互動地圖，並加入興趣群組。作為年輕且成長中的計畫，我們希望擴大觸及與功能，打造讓人互相連結、有歸屬感、也能自在做自己的全球網路。

職務說明

身為 Unite Gay Network 的社群媒體協調員，你將站在我們線上形象的第一線，在各平台建立並經營社群。職責包含創作與策展內容、管理社群帳號、與追蹤者互動，並確保訊息反映共融、也讓人自在做自己的精神。你將與團隊執行活動、宣傳活動並擴大觸及。此職務適合有創意、熟悉社群媒體、熱衷促進連結的人。加入我們，放大社群的聲音！

職責

- Manage and oversee the network's social media accounts, ensuring consistent, engaging, and professional content across platforms.
- Create and schedule posts that align with Unite Gay Network's mission and brand, including promotional materials, event highlights, and community updates.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to grow our online presence and attract new members to the network.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media strategies with broader community goals and initiatives.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our digital presence.
- Act as the voice of the network, fostering a welcoming and inclusive online environment for all followers.

我們的期待

- You are 18 years or older and share the values and mission of Unite Gay Network.
- You have strong written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are an asset for engaging with diverse audiences.
- 你有可靠筆電與穩定網路來執行職務。
- You have experience managing social media platforms and/or creating engaging online content.
- 每週至少能投入 4 小時志工時間。
- You are skilled at maintaining a professional and inclusive tone in all communications.
- You are comfortable working with and promoting sensitive or LGBTQ+-focused content with care and discretion.
- You stay up-to-date on social media trends and are eager to apply innovative ideas to boost engagement.
