Members can explore an interactive map featuring gay bars, clubs, cruising areas, and relevant organizations, and join interest-based groups to build connections around shared passions. As a young and growing initiative, Unite Gay Network aims to expand its reach and features, creating a truly worldwide network that fosters connection, belonging, and empowerment.

Sobre a função

As a Regional Community Administrator for Unite Gay Network, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere within the Community Groups of our Network. Your responsibilities will include, monitoring discussions to ensure they align with community guidelines, encouraging respectful and inclusive conversations, assisting members with network-related questions, collaborating with the team to address any issues or concerns promptly. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces for meaningful interactions. Join us and help shape the heart of our growing community!

Responsabilidades

​- Oversee and actively manage specific community groups, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for our members.
- Serve as a point of contact for new members, addressing their questions and guiding them to make the most of the network's features.
- Atuar como ponte entre a Unite Gay Network e seus membros, promovendo comunicação clara e aberta.
- Collect, translate, and relay feedback and suggestions to help improve the network’s offerings and member experience.
- Contribute creative ideas and participate in initiatives to enhance community engagement and activities.

O que esperamos

​- You are 18 years or older and align with the values and target audience of Unite Gay Network.
- Você tem bom inglês escrito e falado; outros idiomas são um diferencial.
- You have a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection to carry out your responsibilities effectively.
- You have prior experience managing virtual communities, such as Facebook groups, forums, or similar platforms.
- Você pode se comprometer a voluntariar no mínimo 4 horas por semana.
- You demonstrate the ability to remain neutral and professional during discussions when needed.
- Você se sente à vontade para lidar com conteúdo sensível com discrição e cuidado.
