Sobre a função

As a Social Media Coordinator for Unite Gay Network, you will be at the forefront of our online presence, helping to build and engage our community across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating and curating compelling content, managing social media accounts, engaging with followers, and ensuring our messaging reflects the inclusive and empowering spirit of Unite Gay Network. You’ll collaborate with the team to execute campaigns, promote events, and grow our reach. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, social media-savvy, and passionate about fostering connections within the community. Join us and help amplify the voice of our community network!

Responsabilidades

- Manage and oversee the network’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent, engaging, and professional content across platforms.
- Create and schedule posts that align with Unite Gay Network's mission and brand, including promotional materials, event highlights, and community updates.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to grow our online presence and attract new members to the network.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media strategies with broader community goals and initiatives.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our digital presence.
- Act as the voice of the network, fostering a welcoming and inclusive online environment for all followers.

- Você tem 18 anos ou mais e compartilha os valores e a missão da Unite Gay Network.
- You have strong written and spoken English skills; additional language skills are an asset for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Você tem um notebook confiável e uma conexão estável à internet para desempenhar a função.
- Você tem experiência em gerenciar redes sociais e/ou criar conteúdo online envolvente.
- Você pode se comprometer a voluntariar no mínimo 4 horas por semana.
- Você sabe manter um tom profissional e inclusivo em todas as comunicações.
- You are comfortable working with and promoting sensitive or LGBTQ+-focused content with care and discretion.
- You stay up-to-date on social media trends and are eager to apply innovative ideas to boost engagement.
