1. 簡介

歡迎來到 Unite Gay Network（「UGN」、「我們」）。本條款與細則（「條款」）規範你對網站、流動應用程式與服務（合稱「服務」）的存取與使用。存取或使用服務即表示你同意遵守並受本條款拘束。

若你不同意本條款，不得使用、存取或與我們的網站、流動應用程式或任何服務互動。請立即停止任何互動。

2. 資格

使用本服務須年滿 18 歲。
Unite Gay Network（UGN）專為同性戀與雙性戀男性設計。註冊即表示你確認自辨並呈現為男性，且尋求專為此族群打造的社群。
註冊亦表示你確認所提供資訊正確、最新且完整。

3. 會籍與訂閱

加入 Unite Gay Network（UGN）免費。所有核心功能（含討論、群組與活動）會員均可免費使用。

我們另提供自選付費訂閱（「認證會籍」）以解鎖額外權益，包含：

在個人檔案顯示認證徽章
可在平台內建立並擁有社群群組

認證會籍價格（不含 21% 加值稅）：

每月 €10
每季 €27
每年 €100

加值稅將依適用荷蘭法律於結帳時計算並加計。

付款可透過信用卡／金融卡或 PayPal 自動進行。亦支援 iDeal、Apple Pay、Google Pay 等手動付款方式（含卡片付款）。

若選擇手動付款，第一張發票可能按比例計費以對齊帳單週期。後續付款依你選擇的頻率（每月、每季或每年）。

訂閱認證會籍即表示你同意提供正確付款資料，並授權 UGN 向所選付款方式收費。

取消權

若你居住於有法定猶豫期的地區（例如歐盟），有權在訂閱後 14 天內取消認證會籍並獲全額退款。可來信 support@unite.gay 取消
或使用 unite.gay/contact 的聯絡表單。

若你在這 14 天內使用認證會籍權益，UGN 有權依使用比例自退款扣除。

猶豫期後，你可隨時取消認證會籍，方式如下：

透過網路內的帳號設定
來信 support@unite.gay
透過 unite.gay/contact 聯絡表單

取消後，認證會籍將持續至當前帳單週期結束。

4. 智慧財產與內容使用

Unite Gay Network (UGN) uses third-party tools, assets, and resources, including but not limited to website-building tools provided by Wix.com and images sourced from platforms like Pexels.com and Unsplash.com, in accordance with their respective terms of use. UGN does not claim ownership of these assets and respects the intellectual property rights of their creators.

UGN incorporates images from platforms such as Pexels.com and Unsplash.com, which are free to use under their respective licenses. Users are responsible for ensuring they adhere to these licenses when interacting with or repurposing such images.
UGN does not claim ownership of all visual and digital elements on the platform. These include tools, fonts, and stock photography provided under licenses from third-party providers. While UGN customizes and uses these elements in compliance with their terms, ownership remains with the original creators or licensors.

5. 帳戶責任

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
Notify UGN immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
You are not allowed to share your account with anyone. If we find that an account is being shared, it will be terminated immediately without prior notice.
Account sharing includes, but is not limited to, providing your login details to others or allowing others to access your account.

6. User Conduct

By using Unite Gay Network (UGN), you agree to:

Use the platform solely for its intended purpose: fostering community and engagement among homosexual and bisexual men.
Respect the rights, privacy, and safety of other users, and refrain from engaging in harmful behavior, including:
- Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation of your identity.
- Phishing attempts or solicitation of personal information from other users.
- Spamming, advertising, or promoting unrelated products or services.
- Uploading, sharing, or linking to content containing viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Avoid exploiting or attempting to exploit the platform's features in ways that disrupt or harm other users' experiences.

Consequences of Violations;

UGN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in any prohibited activities or fail to comply with these conduct rules.
Depending on the severity of the violation, UGN may report illegal activities to relevant authorities.
If you witness violations of these rules, we encourage you to report them to UGN moderators or through our contact form.

7. Community Guidelines

To foster a safe and respectful community, members are expected to:

Treat others with respect and dignity.
Avoid posting discriminatory, offensive, or harmful content.
Refrain from engaging in harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
Report inappropriate behavior to UGN moderators. Members can report such content or behavior using the reporting tools available within the network. Alternatively, you can contact us via email at support@unite.gay or through our contact form at unite.gay/contact.

Members are solely responsible for the content they post, share, or engage with on the platform. By using UGN, you acknowledge and accept that your profile, posts, and interactions are at your own risk.

UGN allows the use of display names instead of real names for engagement in the community. Members are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion when sharing personal information.

Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination. Users are also expected to comply with local laws when posting or engaging on the platform.

8. Content Ownership and Use

You retain ownership of any content you post on UGN but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content to provide and promote our services.
You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content from UGN without permission from the rightful owner.

9. Privacy and Data Use

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Post or transmit viruses, spam, or malicious software.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or UGN systems.
Exploit the platform for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

11. Termination

Unite Gay Network (UGN) reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or engaging in activities detrimental to the community.
Additionally, UGN reserves the right to terminate your account for any reason or no reason at all, at our sole discretion.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, or by contacting us at support@unite.gay or via our contact form at unite.gay/contact.

12. Disclaimers

UGN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the services.
This applies to all features of the services, including third-party integrations or content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unite Gay Network (UGN) and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Services.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
- Conduct or content of other users on the platform.
- Third-party services or content accessed through UGN.

UGN's total liability for any claims under these Terms, including for implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months for your Membership. This cap applies only to claims not excluded by the disclaimers above.

No Warranty: UGN provides the platform “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about:

The platform being error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
The accuracy or reliability of any content or information provided.

Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for damages, including caps such as the amount you paid in the last 12 months. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms

Unite Gay Network (UGN) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or operational practices.
Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated to members through:
Email notifications sent to the address associated with your account, and/or
Notices posted on the platform.
The updated Terms will become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and may cancel your Membership by contacting us at support@unite.gay or through the contact form at unite.gay/contact.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, or enforcement, will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Dutch law, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
