A change to our membership model

Schiphol, Netherlands – Unite Gay Network is removing its paywall and becoming free to join for all gay and bisexual men around the world. This change will go into effect in the next few days, allowing everyone to access the platform’s core features without needing a paid subscription.

The shift is based on community feedback and reflects our goal to make the network more open, accessible, and inclusive for users everywhere, regardless of income or location.

A new Premium Membership option will be introduced alongside this change. Premium members will get access to extra features such as profile verification, advanced visibility, early content access, and the ability to create and manage groups. The premium plan is fully optional and meant to enhance the experience for those who want to support the platform and unlock more tools.

What happens to current paying members?

All existing paid memberships will be cancelled. If you joined recently or have not made much use of your subscription, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. This will be based on how long you were subscribed and how much of the platform you used.

We will process all cancellations automatically and begin handling refunds shortly after the update goes live. Each affected member will receive a message with details about their cancellation and any refund status. No action is required from your side.

For any questions or concerns, you can reach out to us through our contact channels.

Why this change?

Unite Gay Network is built to connect gay and bisexual men from every part of the world. We believe access to community, resources, and safe spaces should never be locked behind a payment wall.

With this update, we are opening the doors wider. The network can grow faster, reach more people, and offer more value to everyone. We’re grateful to our early supporters who made it possible to reach this point and look forward to welcoming even more voices into the community.
